I met an old (Norfolk) aquaintance last week (Gordon)who recently lost half of his old (yellow, glass fibre) Ray Mumford, 8m Pole.

The lost sections were last seen travelling at speed into the depths of the Bury St Edmunds Sugar Beet Lake towed by a rather upset carp! They never re-surfaced!

If anyone has such a pole, and they wish to get rid of it, please let me have details (plus contact details)so I can pass them on. Let me know through this forum, or you may e-mail me on john@levas.co.uk. Gordon told me he would be prepared to come and collect etc., or I could deliver when I next visit relatives at Diss.
