|
|
It is looking very likely that we will aim to have new permanent pegs at Grange Pond to ensure safe and comfortable fishing all round the lake by 1 May 2009.
It is possible that volunteers may be needed to undertake siting of the pegs, and trimming pathways and access points as necessary.
Should volunteer labour be required, and you would be interested in helping out, please e mail me on john@levas.co.uk, giving approximate details of your availability (e.g. days, evenings or weekends). _________________ John |

Regulars to Grange will find that work has begun on the Lake, and that trees and bushes have been cleared ready for the new fishing platforms.
The work done had opened the lake up and in spite of high water levels the all 30 pegs on the lake may now be accessed and fished.
The old pegs will soon be removed and the new platforms sited. _________________ John |

If everything goes acording to plan, work on installing the new permanent pegs at Grange Pond will commence Monday 11 May.
It may be necessary to close all or part of the lake whilst work is underway. _________________ John |
