Members may be interested to hear that in 2009 we will have a community radio station, Erewash Sound, www.erewashsound.co.uk starting up. You can already visit their website, send and receive local information. Their website address is above, and should you wish to send them information this may be done on info@erewashsound.co.uk.

I have been in contact with them and will be forwarding them press releases trelating to LEVAS as they are keen to promote angling in and around the Erewash borough.

Now we no longer have any local newspapers, Erewash Sound may prove a useful vehicle.
