On Friday 21 April 2006, new stock was introduced into our 30 peg Lake fishery at Grange Pond in Long Eaton, which is no possibly the best club fishery in the area.

As`part of the ongoing improvement policy, this year our committee agreed to the purchase £1,500 value of 6" to 8" fish, in the hope that a substantial increase in the 'number of mouths' would give improved sport to all who enjoy the facilties at Grange, but especially juniors and novices.  Because they consider LEVAS as an 'old customer' , the supplier gave us a special rate on the fish, and 740 mirror and common carp, all in the 6" - 8" size range, are now resident in Grange Pond.
